Raft Wars puts two brothers on a raft in the middle of the ocean, guarding a stash of treasure while wave after wave of raiders paddle in to take it. Each turn you pull back like a slingshot, pick an angle and how hard to pull, and let go — tennis balls to start, with grenades and rockets unlocked as you earn coins from landing hits.
It plays like a turn-based artillery duel rather than a shooter: the fun is in judging the arc, adjusting after a miss, and timing your shot before the raft opens fire back. Win a fight and the coins you've earned go toward stronger weapons for the next, tougher opponent.
Controls
- Mouse — click and drag back to set angle and power, release to fire
Tips
- Small adjustments beat big ones — if a shot lands just short or long, nudge the pull distance rather than redrawing from scratch
- Spend your first coins on the next weapon tier rather than saving up; more power covers for an imperfect angle more often than a weak precise shot does
- Fire before your opponent's turn comes back around — every second you spend adjusting is a second they get to aim at you
A quick, turn-based session that suits short breaks — a few rounds of aiming and firing is enough to win or lose a fight.
