Drift Hunters brings the authentic feeling of tuning and sliding rear-wheel-drive cars straight to your browser. You start off with a stock Toyota AE86 and an empty wallet, dropping into free-roam maps where every corner is a chance to score points. The longer you hold a continuous drift without hitting a wall or spinning out, the higher your combo multiplier climbs, translating directly into cash for your garage.

The real depth lies in the garage, where you can tune your suspension, adjust camber, map out brake balance, and upgrade engine internals. Once you buy a more powerful car like an R35 GT-R or a classic 993, the physics completely change, forcing you to relearn how to throw the weight around hairpin turns. It strikes the perfect balance between accessible arcade controls and demanding drifting mechanics.

Controls

• W, A, S, D or Arrows: Steer, accelerate, and brake
• Spacebar: Pull the handbrake
• C: Change camera view
• Left Shift: Shift up (manual mode)
• Left Ctrl: Shift down (manual mode)

Tips

• Feather the throttle: Keeping the gas pinned will almost always cause a spin. Tap the accelerator to maintain your angle and speed through long corners.
• Extend with the handbrake: If you are losing momentum between transitions, quick taps of the handbrake can extend your slide just enough to keep your combo alive.
• Tune your camber: Adding negative camber to your front wheels in the tuning menu will give you much sharper turn-in response when initiating a drift.
