Swingo turns a grappling hook into the entire game. There's no running or jumping — you aim, fire the hook at an anchor point, and let the swing carry your bouncy little character across the level. Momentum is everything: a good swing chains straight into the next one, while a bad angle leaves you dangling and having to reel back in.
Each stage is built around collecting fruit on the way to the end, and the points you rack up unlock new animal-themed characters to swing with. Levels lean on gaps, moving anchor points and awkward angles rather than enemies, so it plays more like a physics puzzle you're solving in real time than an action game.
Controls
- Click and hold to aim the grappling hook, drag to set the angle, release to fire
- Works with touch controls on mobile and tablet — tap, drag, and release the same way
Tips
- Fire the hook slightly ahead of where you want to swing to, not straight down — a hook fired too late kills your momentum.
- Let go at the top of a swing's arc rather than the bottom to launch further toward the next anchor.
- Grabbing every fruit isn't required to finish a level — skip one if reaching it would kill your swing.
A good fit for short sessions where you want something physics-based to fiddle with rather than a long story-driven game.
