Orange is a minimalist logic puzzle from bontegames, the studio behind a series of single-color puzzle games. Each of its 25 levels has exactly one goal: figure out the trick that turns the whole screen orange. There's no score, no timer, and no way to fail — just a puzzle to work out.
The fun is in the surprise. Every level looks deceptively simple at first glance, and the solution is rarely the obvious one — expect to click around, experiment, and occasionally stumble onto the answer by accident before you understand why it worked. Solving one gives no clue about the next; the whole point is that the logic resets every time.
Controls
Mouse only for almost every level — click and drag around the screen to find each puzzle's trick. A handful of levels also expect a keyboard press, so keep a hand near the keys if a screen doesn't respond to clicking alone.
Tips
- If clicking around does nothing, try dragging instead — several levels hide their solution in a drag rather than a click.
- Nothing in this game is timed or punished, so there's no reason not to click on everything visible before moving on.
- Stuck levels are usually solved by paying attention to something small and easy to overlook, like a barely-visible edge or object, rather than a hidden combo of moves.
It's built for short bursts — a level or two at a time is enough, and it suits anyone who likes lateral-thinking puzzles more than reflex or skill challenges.
