Catch a Pet is a 3D animal-collecting sim from Kimchi Soup Studios. You wander an open field with a lasso, rope wild creatures ranging from ordinary farm animals to stranger, rarer beasts, and haul each catch back to a growing pen. The loop is simple and immediate: spot something new, chase it down, tie it up, and watch your collection get a little bigger and a little weirder.

Every successful catch earns income based on how rare the animal is, which you spend on lasso upgrades to reach faster or tougher creatures that a starting rope can't hold. Limited-time events add legendary pets to chase on top of the regular roster, giving returning players a reason to keep hunting rather than just topping up a pen they've already filled.

• Upgrade your lasso before chasing faster animals - a weak rope just lets them slip free.
• Check event pets often; the legendary ones are only around for a limited time.
• Rarer catches pay out more, so it's worth detouring for an unusual animal instead of grabbing the nearest common one.
