Car Rush, from Code This Lab, is a pseudo-3D arcade racer where the road itself is the opponent. You steer down a curving highway, and every collision — with another car, a roadside obstacle, or the guardrail on a bend you took too fast — ends the run on the spot.
Each track is a race against a countdown rather than a pack of rivals: reach the end before the timer runs out and you move on, run out of road or time and you start over. The game is built from nine tracks split across three worlds, unlocked one after another as you clear each stage.
Controls
- Up Arrow — accelerate
- Down Arrow — brake
- Left / Right Arrow — steer
On phones and tablets the same moves are mapped to on-screen buttons.
Tips
- Ease off before sharp curves — carrying full speed into a bend is the fastest way to clip the guardrail.
- Keep an eye on the tachometer, not just the road ahead, so you know how much speed you're carrying into the next corner.
- Give cars room rather than threading between them — a graze counts as a crash just like a head-on hit.
It's a good fit for short, replayable sessions rather than a long driving sim — a few minutes at a time chasing a cleaner run on a track you've already learned.
