TicTacToe is the classic 3×3 grid game, no different in rules from the version you'd play on paper: two players, X and O, take turns marking an empty square, and the first to line up three marks in a row — across, down, or diagonally — wins. If all nine squares fill up first, it's a draw.
This version gives you two ways to play: pass the device to a friend for a real head-to-head match, or play solo against the computer when nobody else is around.
Controls
Tap or click an empty square to place your mark. That's the entire input.
Tips
- Taking the center square first gives you the most lines to work with.
- Watch for your opponent's two-in-a-row before making your own move — blocking beats attacking if you can't do both.
- Against the computer, a game that ends in a draw isn't a loss — with perfect play from both sides, tic-tac-toe always ends in a draw.
