Sparkanoid Game

Sparkanoid is a cosmic take on the classic brick-breaker: slide a paddle back and forth to keep a ball in play, and use it to smash through grids of colorful blocks stacked across a starfield backdrop. There's no story here, just the old Arkanoid loop of aim, bounce, and clear, dressed up with a steady stream of power-ups.

Each stage is its own puzzle in miniature — a fresh layout of bricks with a target score and a target time to beat if you want to top the leaderboard. Falling power-ups drop out of broken bricks as you go, and grabbing (or dodging) the right one often decides whether you clear the stage or watch the ball slip past your paddle for good.

Controls

Move the mouse left and right to slide the paddle underneath the ball. On mobile, drag a finger across the screen to do the same thing — no keyboard is needed.

Tips

• Grab the bigger-paddle power-up whenever it drops; a wider paddle is the single easiest way to stop missing returns.
• The sticky paddle catches the ball on contact instead of just bouncing it, giving you a moment to aim your next shot at a stubborn cluster of bricks.
• Paddle guns let you shoot straight upward, which is the fastest way to clear bricks tucked into corners the ball can't reach easily.
• If a level is going badly, the slow-down power-up buys you time to reposition before the ball gets back to your paddle.

It's built for short, replayable arcade sessions — a stage or two at a time, chasing a better score or a faster clear rather than settling in for a long run.
