Snow Tale Game

Snow Tale is a platformer starring a penguin hero making his way across a winter landscape. You run and jump across snowy hills, roll through ice blocks, and throw snowballs at the monsters in your path rather than just dodging them.

Levels are built around obstacles like spikes, boulders and fireballs, with gems and popsicles scattered along the route for anyone who wants to do more than just reach the exit. Each area builds toward a boss fight, so the platforming stays purposeful instead of just being a string of jumps.

Controls

• A/D or Left/Right arrows — move
• W or Up arrow — jump (tap twice to double-jump)
• Spacebar — throw a snowball to freeze enemies
• S or Down arrow — ground pound

Tips

• Freeze enemies with a snowball before you get close — a frozen enemy can't hit back while you get past or roll through it.
• Roll into ice blocks rather than jumping over them; some hide gems or a shortcut.
• Save the ground pound for enemies below a ledge or for breaking through obstacles you can't just walk past.
• Slow down on boss fights and watch the attack pattern once before committing to an approach.

A good fit if you like tight, level-based platformers with a light collectible chase and boss fights that actually change the pace.
