Offroader V5 is an open sandbox driving game: pick a vehicle, drop into a city or desert map, and go looking for ramps, dirt trails and rooftops to launch off. There's no lap timer pushing you along, so most sessions turn into free-roam stunt runs — string together jumps, drift through intersections, and see how far you can push a truck before it flips.
What sets it apart from a straight racer is the time control: hold the slow-motion key mid-air and a jump that would otherwise be a blur turns into a controlled, cinematic landing. Vehicles also take real damage from crashes, so a run eventually ends with a trip to repair or a swap to a fresh car rather than an invincible restart.
Controls
- Arrow keys or WASD — drive
- Space — handbrake
- Numpad 1 / 2 — switch vehicle
- C — change camera view
- T — slow down time
- Y — reset the scene
Tips
- Tap the handbrake before a sharp turn instead of holding it — a quick flick swings the back end around without killing all your speed.
- Hold the time-slow key the instant you leave a ramp, not after — it's easier to correct a jump mid-air than to save a landing you've already botched.
- Trucks and buses take a jump landing better than the sports cars; if you're chaining big airs, switch to the heavier vehicle first.
It plays in the browser with nothing to install, and suits short sessions where you just want to find a good ramp and mess around rather than chase a leaderboard.
