Noob Miner: Escape From Prison drops you in a cell with nothing but a pickaxe and a way out somewhere underground. You dig through the block-by-block map, pulling ore and resources out of the ground as you go, then sell what you find to a string of traders scattered around the map so you can afford better picks and gear.
The dig doubles as an economy: buy tools that clear blocks faster, spend on food like cakes to keep going, and eventually get your hands on dynamite to blow through walls a shovel can't touch. Push far enough and you reach one of two different endings, so how you spend your resources early on decides how the escape actually plays out.
Controls
- WASD or arrow keys — move
- Left-click — mine blocks and items
- Right-click — place blocks and items
- E — open inventory / interact
- Esc — pause
On touchscreens the same actions map to a left joystick for movement and a right joystick for mining, so the game plays the same way on phone or tablet.
Tips
- Sell to traders early rather than hoarding — a better pickaxe pays for itself almost immediately in digging speed.
- Save dynamite for blocks that are clearly in the way rather than using it to explore; it's the resource you'll run short on.
- Keep an eye on food — running out slows you down at the worst moments, usually mid-escape.
It runs straight in the browser, no install needed, and suits a slower, exploratory session more than a quick one — there's a real amount of digging and trading before the escape itself opens up.
