About Moon Waltz

Moon Waltz starts out simple: guide a small character across a quiet village at night, looking for a vending machine. But hold the button down for too long and the clouds part over the moon — and your hero transforms into a rampaging werewolf, smashing through the streets while the police try to stop it. Let go in time and you stay human; push your luck and the night ends very differently.

That single tension, human caution versus werewolf destruction, is the whole game. There's no scoring or leveling up — just a short, atmospheric walk that can end a handful of different ways depending on how long you hold that button and how the police react. It's built to be replayed: each run is quick, and part of the appeal is seeing which ending you land on next.

Controls

  • Hold the left mouse button, spacebar, or your finger on a touchscreen to push the clouds away and trigger the werewolf transformation. Release to let the clouds cover the moon again.

It's a five-minute mood piece rather than a long session game — good for a quick, odd little story between games, and worth a couple of replays to see how differently a night can go.
