Forgotten Hill: Surgery is a horror point-and-click escape game by FM Studio, the third chapter in the Forgotten Hill series. You wake up in a cold room inside an abandoned clinic with only vague memories, and the only way out is to piece together what happened to Colonel McMillan.
Each scene is a static room you examine by clicking around it. Items you find go into an inventory, and you use them on objects or locked doors to open up new areas and reveal the next piece of the story. There's no timer and no combat — the whole game is built around looking closely and connecting clues, with the horror coming from atmosphere rather than jump scares or chases.
Controls
- Mouse only — click to examine and collect items, then click an inventory item and click again on the object or door you want to use it on
Tips
- Click on every detail in a scene, not just the obvious objects — key items are often tucked into small corners of the art.
- If you're stuck, revisit earlier rooms after picking up something new; a fresh item often unlocks an interaction you couldn't make before.
- There's no time limit, so it's worth zooming in mentally on one room at a time rather than backtracking randomly.
This is chapter three of an ongoing series, so it suits players who already like slow, atmospheric escape-room horror more than newcomers looking for jump scares.
