About Digger Escape

Digger Escape drops you into a last-ditch escape plan: a rogue AI has wiped out the cities above ground, and a small team of engineers has fled into the forest with nothing but an old drill. The only way out is up — dig deep enough to find the resources for a rocket, then build and launch it before the machines catch up.

Each run has you drilling down through a procedurally generated underground, hauling ore and rarer materials back to camp. What you find pays for eight different structures and the stages of the rocket itself, so a session becomes a loop of digging, building, and deciding what to prioritize before you commit to launch.

Controls

  • Move with WASD, the arrow keys, or the mouse

Tips

  • Dig with the rocket in mind — the deeper, rarer resources matter more than easy surface ore once you're past the early stages.
  • Get your structures in a solid state before committing to the final rocket stage; there's no easy backtracking after launch.
  • The underground layout is procedurally generated each time, so if you're short on a specific resource, try exploring a new direction instead of re-digging the same area.

Good pick if you like survival-crafting games with a defined end goal — dig, build, launch — rather than an open-ended sandbox.
