About Duo Survival 2

Duo Survival 2 is a two-player co-op platformer built around one simple idea: neither survivor can get through this alone. You and a second player each control one character as you crawl through ruined buildings, dodge zombies, and work out how to get both of you past traps, gaps, and locked doors that only make sense when you use each character's strengths together.

Most obstacles are two-part puzzles rather than straight platforming challenges — one player draws a zombie's attention or triggers a switch while the slips past, or you take turns boosting each up to a ledge neither could reach solo. Losing focus on your partner is usually what gets you caught, so the game rewards playing it as a real two-person session rather than two people staring at separate corners of the screen.

Controls

Local co-op on one keyboard:

  • Player 1: A/D to move, W to jump, S to kick or throw a bottle
  • Player 2: Left/Right arrows to move, Up arrow to jump, Down arrow to kick or throw a bottle

Tips

  • Scout a room before committing — most sections have a distraction option (noise, a thrown bottle) that's meant to be used, not saved for later.
  • If a gap or ledge looks unreachable for one character, it's usually a cue to use the character to boost or block instead of trying to jump it solo.
  • Zombies react to noise and movement, not just proximity — standing still can be safer than running past one.

It plays best as an actual two-person session on the same keyboard — grab a second person and split the controls above rather than trying to run both survivors yourself.
