Blumgi Ball is a basketball trick-shot game from Blumgi, the French studio behind the Blumgi series of physics puzzle games. Instead of a straightforward hoop shot, each level is built around a slingshot throw and a teleport ability, so getting the ball through the basket usually means bouncing it off platforms, through teleporters, or along air currents first.
You pull back on the ball to set the angle and power of your throw, then release. Once it's in the air, you can teleport your character straight to wherever the ball is, which is what turns a single shot into a chain of combos and trick dunks rather than a simple toss-and-score.
Controls
- Left mouse button: click and drag away from the ball to aim, release to throw
- Spacebar: teleport your character to the ball's current position
Tips
- Use the teleport before the ball lands to reposition yourself for the next bounce or dunk, not just to catch up to a missed shot
- Watch how bouncing platforms and teleporters are angled in each level before committing to a throw — the route to the basket is rarely a straight line
- Shorter, controlled pulls are easier to place accurately than full-power throws, especially near moving obstacles
Levels are unlocked in sequence and completing them earns points toward unlocking new animal-themed characters, so there's a light progression on top of the level-to-level puzzle solving. It runs straight in the browser on desktop or mobile, nothing to install.
