Afterlife: The Game puts you in control of a freshly deceased spirit working through the bureaucracy of the side. You float through walls, mess with the living, and work through a string of short minigames – each one different, each one over in a minute or two – on your way to wherever spirits go next.
It's the sequel to developer Ohmaigawd's Life - The Game, and it plays just as simply: point and click. Every minigame explains its own rules right before it starts, so there's nothing to memorize ahead of time – you just click your way through jump-scares, dress-up rounds, sorting tasks, and whatever else the afterlife throws at you next.
Controls
- Mouse (or tap on phone/tablet) – move and interact
- Left click – complete tasks and confirm choices
It plays in short bursts, so it suits anyone who wants a handful of goofy, self-contained minigames rather than one long session, and it works just as well on a phone as it does at a desk.
